Nicole Lemaster

My specialization includes the treatment of trauma, anxiety, PTSD, cPTSD, & individuals that identify as "sensitive". I utilize somatic, holistic, client-centered therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), psychedelic integration, and mindfulness meditation - in service of growth, healing, and connectedness. I have undergone KAP training through Polaris Insight Training Program.

I create a heart-centered space of safety and support for adults and late teens entering adulthood. I aim to help clients out of self-reinforcing cycles of depression and anxiety and establish life-affirming patterns that can support inspired living.

I provide a supportive, empathetic space to process the "hard stuff" you have gone through, AND I assist in helping you learn new ways to support your nervous system! Connect the body to hidden natural supports and make them known for you to step into your POWER. The gifts your body has to offer and how that ultimately supports the mind and soul. This new connection of experience I can authentically offer humans.
