Nelofer V. Childress

Nelofer (she/they) holds a Masters in Counseling, is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and trauma informed yoga teacher.
Nelofer works with clients to help them connect with themselves and their communities by accessing their innate embodied wisdom. Her goal is to co-create with her clients the container through which clients can reorganize their survival and attachment systems, so they may access their life force from a place of greater safety. She offers both in-person and virtual sessions, and provides the attunement needed for her clients to navigate the painful experiences that brought them to her, and this often results in a greater capacity for uncertainty, joy, and better relationships with themselves and others.
