Sometimes it’s hard to name what’s happening inside. There may be a heaviness, a sense of disconnection, or a quiet ache for something more honest, more whole. You may not know exactly what you need—but you know something doesn’t feel quite right.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply sensitive. They navigate life with care, often holding a lot for others. And yet, beneath the surface, they feel tired. Out of rhythm with themselves. Unsure how to return to the parts of them that feel most true.

Sometimes, that disconnection is rooted in trauma—whether it’s long buried or more recent. Trauma can shake the ground beneath us. It can stir big questions: Why is this happening? Who am I now?

And in those moments, thinking our way through isn’t enough. Healing asks us to listen—to the quiet wisdom of the body, and the deeper knowing of the soul.
