Coming to therapy to work on yourself, your relationship, or your family can be a vulnerable experience. When you come to see me to support your process you can expect me to be warm, containing, grounding and ready to meet you where you are at.

For my work I rely on blending my training, education and experience as a marriage and family therapist, a grief counselor, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and EMDR trained therapist and history as a bodyworker to support and facilitate the healing of trauma, pain and relational wounds. I specialize in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and Integration (KAP, MAPS trained), Sex Therapy, and whole-making with a variety of whole-person oriented modalities.
