I am a somatic therapist and intimacy coach. I help individuals and couples with developmental and/or sexual traumas to find a deeper and more intimate connection with themselves, to feel safer, more at ease and masterful of their emotions, needs, and boundaries, so they can come home to their authentic selves (their soul essence) and live a more joyful and aligned life.

I believe that we are all born with a unique essence that cannot be taken away, that we are designed to grow, heal and thrive and that we are all inherently worthy of what we need to do so.
