Melissa Spevak

Melissa has been supporting folx through their journey in healing as a professional for over 20 years. She has worked with adolescents and adults, and finds herself easily connecting with other neurodivergent beings in need of a little soul recharging; folx who know they have brightness stuck under the heavy weight of living and navigating relationship dynamics with the self and others.

Melissa practices from a feminist lens, honours harm reduction practices, respects plant medicine, and holds the self as priority.

Melissa is a late diagnosed ADHD lesbian, and mother of two neurodivergent children, finding her way through this life on Earth! She incorporates the elements/nature, spirit, play and magic into her practice. Melissa welcomes all gender and sexual expressions, bodies, and identities to her practice with love.
