Meggie Twible

I am a queer and polyamorous Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is committed to supporting people in unwinding the stress, fear, and shame stuck in their nervous systems. Through an attuned therapeutic relationship, I integrate curiosity, movement, self-touch, and self-compassion to help clients listen to their embodied selves and work with their stress chemistry rather than against it. Relational, holistic, and anti-oppressive lenses guide my work as a somatic psychotherapist. I join with clients to support their body, mind, and spirit within a larger cultural context that considers the impact of systemic, interpersonal, intergenerational, and medical factors.

I specialize in the renegotiation of trauma stored in the body due to experiences of early attachment wounding, chronic pain & illness, abuse, and grief & loss. I work with individuals and people in a variety of relationship constellations who wish to foster increased connection. This includes couples, triads, quads, family members, roommates, and close friends.
