Mark Rovner

I am a trauma-informed somatic coach using a mix of strategies including somatics, mindfulness, self-compassion, adult development theory, and other approaches as appropriate for each client. My clients learn how to step into their own power, manage emotional triggers, counteract negative bias and tame their inner critic.
