Marisa Hebb

As a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner with over a decade in the healing arts and five years assisting SE trainings, I support people on paths of self-development, healing, and transformation. My work is rooted in the body’s innate wisdom, and shaped by my background in peer-based liberation work, contemplative practice, herbalism, dance, education, and a lifelong relationship with nature and creativity. I specialize in helping individuals navigate complex trauma, reconnect with their inner guidance, and build the tools and capacity needed to make meaningful, lasting change.

Clients often come to me when they’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to shift longstanding patterns. Through SE, we access the body's intelligence—unwinding survival responses, increasing resilience, and reclaiming vitality. Sessions are a space to slow down, listen deeply, and reawaken trust in your own process. I have been assisting SE trainings since 2019 and am an approved session provider at the beginning and intermediate levels. I am honored to support those ready to return home to themselves and embody the changes they’ve been seeking.
