Mara Levy

I blend mental health care and bodywork for holistic healing that's queer-centric, fat-positive, neurodiversity-affirming, and liberation-oriented. I’m an occupational therapist, which means I help people do the things that matter to them. I offer both talk-based and touch-based services including somatic therapy, executive function support, lymphatic drainage massage, and craniosacral therapy.



I offer talk-based sessions in person or online for body-based mental health. I emphasize getting to know your body and how your nervous system works, so you can learn to feel safe and recover from trauma. As an occupational therapist, I bring experience with executive function, neurodiversity, living with disability or chronic illness, and building a lifestyle that works for you. As a queer and genderqueer person, I'm also sensitive to how systemic oppression and current events can affect us all.
