As a holistic therapist I go beyond traditional “talk therapy” and use an integrated method in my practice (e.g. multi-sensory, somatic, experiential, parts work, mindfulness/MBSR, vibrational sound healing, breathwork, energy work, therapeutic yoga, movement therapy, psychedelic integration, ketamine-assisted therapy, Spinal Energetics). My passion for this holistic work stems from my own experiences with overcoming the pains of grief and loss, trauma/abuse, addiction, and multicultural issues. I know the frustration that traditional talk therapy can bring because it's imperative that we integrate the body and spirit/life force in our healing. We will co-create an empathetic, non-judgmental, compassionate, & safe healing space for your journey. It is truly my blessing to help clients feel empowered and heal. I can't wait to meet you!
