I am the founder of Holistic Life Navigation, which is a company & modality that integrates embodied parts work, SE, and nutrition to help people recover from stress & trauma.

After being in private practice for over a decade I have transitioned to mostly group work these days. I teach online courses, lead retreats around the world, and host the Holistic Life Navigation podcast.

Studying and practicing nutrition has taught me that certain whole foods can build our capacity for sensations, reduce our stress responses, and deepen the benefits Somatic Experiencing.

I love helping SE students navigate the many layers of this beautiful modality that has changed my life and my career.
