I am a nervous system health advocate specializing in providing compassionate, trauma-informed bodywork for individuals with chronic/autoimmune health conditions and medical trauma. My approach involves integrating embodied healing modalities, traditional bodywork, and nervous system education to help clients navigate challenges from a place of innate body-based wisdom.

My physiotherapeutic approach is rooted in helping clients reestablish connection with the physical body and creating a container where their inner wisdom and systemic resilience can surface uninhibited. Working together, I hold space for clients to authentically inhabit their bodies and move towards greater health and wholeness so they can lead more meaningful and fulfilling lives.

In addition to Somatic Experiencing, I specialize in CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage, and Reflexology. I am an approved SEI Individual Session Provider at the Beginning Level and have assisted SE trainings with Ariel Giarretto, Debra Clydesdale, and Glyndie Nickerson.
