A good SE practitioner is like a personal organizer for your over-burdened nervous system. SE helps people identify and strengthen inner resources and helps our nervous systems renegotiate trauma without becoming overwhelmed or re-traumatized. This can lead to a sense of embodied aliveness, and to the end of feeling "stuck" in anger, fear, or freeze. By helping us feel more "organized" on the inside, SE can help us set and maintain boundaries, reach for what we want, and enjoyably embody the life we have.

In my role as a personal education session provider, I can work with SE students from anywhere.

As a NYS Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, I am limited to practicing within New York State. My approach integrates SE with IFS-informed parts work, DBT and EMDR.
