Trauma and the everyday stress of living in a culture that is always “on” can interfere with our regulation and relationships. Attentiveness and awareness are very difficult to practice when our internal world is screaming. Unfinished business comes up when we quiet ourselves without numbing. Acknowledging you might need the support of a therapist can be the best first step toward caring for your soul. My desire is to offer a safe space that welcomes all nervous systems, personal experiences and holds a range of spiritual life from exploration to deconstruction. Together we will co- create a journey toward resting in safety and healing in love.

Linda holds her Masters in Clinical Psychology and is currently working through her licensing hours for MFT licensure as an Associate. While she is newer to the licensure process she has been practicing SE since 2017 and is a current assistant approved to offer sessions for students at all levels. Linda is Coordinating the San Diego Training for 2025-2027. Her rates are $175 per session and her sliding scale spots are currently full. Super bills are available.

In addition to being an SEP Linda is trained in contemplative spiritual direction and enjoys the intersection where our spiritual life meets our nervous system. Linda enjoys teaching trauma concepts in everyday language to practitioners, students and clients and often speaks to groups in helping modalities.
