I am a certified SE practitioner and yoga teacher, and an intuitive healer. I love using Somatic Experience (as a stand alone or in conjunction with other modalities) to facilitate relief and transformation from complaints, ailments and life challenges, and am always rewarded seeing the clients experience shifts for the better in their well being.

The current political challenges, eco-despair, world upheaval, information overload, health and health system challenges, family challenges and inequality are some of the many influences that are triggering our lack of focus, unwellness, overwhelm and collective and personal traumas. I believe in the opportunity for deep healing through empathy, humor, space and movement and want to guide each of us gently back to our center and our true nature so we can enjoy greater presence and quality of life.
