Lela C Beem

Lela has been a full-time yoga therapist since 2005. She owns a studio in Evanston, IL where she specializes in using Somatic Experiencing combined with movement and some touch. She also offers group Hatha yoga classes, therapeutic yoga instruction, prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher mentoring, childbirth preparation and postpartum recovery skills that are all offered with an emphasis on regulating the nervous system using SE principles.
