I am a licensed professional counselor. Since 2007 I have had the privilege of serving the Kansas City Community by working with individuals, couples, and families who want to create positive change in their lives by improving self-connection and, in turn, improving their relationships. My practice is located in Brookside and welcomes all individuals and families of diverse ethnicities and the LGBTQIA+ community.

I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Avila University. My area of interest and expertise include helping clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, parenting, and adjusting to life transitions. My practice offers a holistic approach by incorporating attachment-based, somatic experiencing, and IFS (internal family systems) therapy.
