Kelly Foss

Hello! My name is Kelly and my healing arts background includes Somatic Experiencing and CranioSacral Therapy as well as training as a bodyworker. I am a Certified Massage Therapist in California and a Licensed Massage Therapist in Hawaii, and my professional training spans Eastern holistic modalities as well as Western therapeutic modalities.

Until recently, I lived and worked in Joshua Tree, California, where I practiced out of Naturalives Day Spa. I continue to offer virtual sessions to this community.

My work supports individuals in restoring deep connection to their bodies, integrating the mind & body in recognizing and processing imbalances and lasting patterns that no longer serve them—on physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual levels. I blend my knowledge of neurobiology and psychology with spiritual and holistic models of understanding, drawing on attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, interpersonal neurobiology, polyvagal theory and Five Element Theory to create expansive space for my clients to heal.
I found this work after surviving two life-disrupting injuries and it changed the course of my life, personally and professionally, allowing for greater self-growth possibilities than I could have ever imagined at the outset.
