I work with individuals to support them through big life changes, personal growth, nervous system healing and to find the love they want in relationships. I am passionate about supporting you as a whole person. Your relationships, career, parenting, finding your purpose, all of it! I work collaboratively with you to really focus on thriving in life; taking off the masks we all wear and getting back to the original essence of who you are. I believe that when we live from this place in our lives, not only do we awaken many parts of ourselves that have been hiding, we absolutely step into our own personal power.

I believe that real transformation, growth and change happens for you when you are able to tap into the wisdom, innate intelligence and beauty of your body’s story. So you can embody your essence with truth, clarity and acceptance. My work weaves ancient eastern traditions (Taoism, Sacred Sexuality and Tantra) with the latest science on adult development and the neurobiology of trauma healing.

When I work with you, I work holistically with you. We don’t just focus on you at the individual level, we look at the systems that you grew up in, family systems, cultural systems, systems of oppression, work and schooling systems; because so much of what we internalise from these systems shapes our belief systems of who we are and how we show up in the world. They influence our nervous system immensely and how we live in our body.

The stories we are told culturally, the stories we keep in our families, the stories of our ancestors that we may not know that are stored in our body are all part of who we are. We honour that in healing and developmental processes and include it. All of this gives us greater context to understand your life journey so far.
