Katherine Lush

As a body oriented therapist who has worked with traumatized people throughout my career, I am passionate about learning and sharing what I have learned about how we heal from trauma. My approach is rooted in compassion, respect for you and your experience, and the desire to help you manage your pain and find more joy, vibrancy and connection. I specialize in complex and developmental trauma, especially how trauma shows up in addictive behaviours, early attachment injuries, and intergenerationally.

I am an approved SE Personal Session provider at the Beginning Level.

I am privileged to live on the unceded territory of the Snuneymuxw First Nation on the coast of Vancouver Island. With gratitude, I connect and express the beauty I experience daily through my work, as well as through art and playing in the rainforest and ocean.
