I am a Holistic Psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience treating children, adults and couples. Somatic Experiencing is an integral part of any Healing Journey. I was introduced to SE in 2010 after experiencing a shock trauma. For the first time in a very long time I felt safe and at home in my body. Since then I have committed myself to learning, practicing and sharing SE. It is an incredibly powerful modality for healing all types of trauma. Special areas of interest are Adults Molested as Children, Maternal Mental Health including Prenatal and Birth Trauma and Post Partum Depression, Developmental Trauma and Somatic work with Families and Couples.
