As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, Couples Therapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I bring over a decade of experience to my practice. I specialize in relationship challenges, complex trauma, sexual trauma, attachment issues, autism and ADHD.

My private practice welcomes and affirms the queer and neurodivergent communities. I provide sex therapy, couples counseling and individual therapy via telehealth. My approach integrates the 'top down' psychotherapy combined with the 'bottom up' approach of somatic therapy, utilizing mind-body techniques to gently release tension and stress stored in the nervous system, nurturing emotional regulation.

I'm an active and deeply empathetic therapist. I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are curious and motivated for change. In our sessions, I offer a warm and supportive therapeutic relationship to help clients reshape patterns and heal from past experiences, enabling them to embody their authentic selves, create deeper connections, and live fully in the present moment.
