Trauma is viewed holistically: assessing the whole system: body, mind and spirit. I combine traditional aspects of somatic awareness, internal family systems, family constellation, ancestral lineage healing and mystical teachings.

Trauma experiences are stored in our bodies as somatic imprints or memories that affect us as if the original experience was happening right now. Often we have no clue why we are having these symptoms and think something is wrong with us. By integrating the original experiences we can make sense of them and finally relate to
ourselves and the world in a different way. We meet life differently.
