Justine Girard

I am a licensed Creative Arts Therapist and a SEP. in private practice in Nyack, NY. Through the tools of Somatic Experiencing we will be creating the capacity in your being to expand and process the complexities of trauma, relationships and at times the difficulties of just being alive.

I provide a safe space for individuals, couples and families to reconnect to their own vitality through somatic experiencing, the creative process and personal expression.

The healing process is vast and encompassing, and I have created a space that offers an opportunity to spill upon the floor and the walls; a space to be immersed in the mess of healing. And it is also a space that is warm and holding, that supports containment and boundaries. It all depends on what your needs are in your journey of discovery and healing.
