With gentleness and deep respect for the path that brought you here, I welcome you to the possibility of peace and resolution. Somatic Experiencing is the cornerstone upon which I base all sessions, thereby assisting you in soothing, settling, quieting and balancing your nervous system. Additionally, I may use other modalities depending on what is brought forth by your needs, and with your permission.



In addition to working with bodily traumas, syndromes, cancer and other medical conditions, I also work with attachment issues and complications of grief and loss. With the empowerment of you by way of teaching the skills, grounding, resiliency and fluidity that we all innately have, but is often thwarted in trauma, together we facilitate so that a session often continues even after your physical session is over.
