My own healing journey led me to my work as a somatic coach who specializes in working with trauma of various kinds. Coaching since 2014, I received my SEP certificate in 2022 and have completed the Eye of the Needle trainings as well as the 1-day Crisis Support & Stabilization training. I am currently in the ISP training and (of note for SE students) approved to provide personal sessions at the Beginning level.

My healing journey began as a teenager when I sought to emerge from a deep, dark depression and stunted relationships. Seeking wholeness, healing, and happiness, I eventually discovered SE and became a student of relational and developmental trauma as well as attachment theory. I weave all these elements into my approach in guiding clients on their healing journey. My own happiness and ability to confidently ride the waves of life were hard won, and I am passionate about sharing these insights with other hurting souls. I know that suffering can be overcome, and that we can create a fulfilling life for ourselves.
