I hold a deep and abiding belief in the inherent health and wholeness in each of my clients. My work is to support survivors of complex and developmental trauma to discover their innate blueprint for health and secure attachment. Somatic Experiencing (SE)™ has been a gateway for me to connect not only with my own blueprint for health and secure attachment, but with an embodied, heart-centered spirituality informed by decades of spiritual and meditative practices. I'm happy to report that my clients, many who are long-time meditators, are reporting these benefits as well! MA
