Jill Sena

Hi! My name is Jill Sena. I have been a therapist for over 20 years. I will provide a safe and compassionate healing environment to support your growth and healing. Many people have tried talk therapy and have not seen the results they are looking for. My goal is to help you reconnect to your own innate body’s wisdom. This will increase safety in your body and increase your capacity in life. If you are in a twelve-step program, Somatic Experiencing will enhance your recovery and over-all quality of life.

If you are a student of Somatic Experiencing, I am qualified to provide sessions for SE students at the Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced levels, and can offer consultations at the Beginning SE levels. I love helping and assisting SE students. I am certified in Diane Heller Poole Attachment work along with Kathy Kain's touch therapy for therapists. Completing the Internal Family Systems (IFS) - level 1 training has enhanced my somatic work with clients.
