I am a NY/NJ licensed psychotherapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor, with over a decade of experience helping those with a variety of issues. I have significant experience working with addiction, grief and loss, attachment issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma. As a certified practitioner, I often use Somatic Experiencing alongside other therapeutic modalities to help expand or deepen our work. Through the process of incorporating body/nervous system-based interventions I've found that my clients and I are able to work through certain issues/traumas that often feel treatment resistant or difficult to access and heal through talk therapy alone.
