Jenny Warner

Jenny graduated with a degree in osteopathy from the Stockholm College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017 and runs an osteopathic clinic with her husband who also is an osteopath.

She has studied, practiced, and taught yoga, meditation, and yogic philosophy for over 20 years, completing multiple yoga teacher trainings and silent retreats. Jenny taught yoga full-time for many years and ran her own yoga studio for several years in Stockholm before she decided to become an osteopath.

With a particular interest in body-oriented stress and trauma therapy, Jenny pursued further education in Somatic Experiencing and became a certified SE Practitioner in 2022, now combining the two diciplines daily at her clinic. She is since 2024 also assisting SE-trainings internationally.

In her free time, Jenny enjoys meditation, various movement practices, and jazz. She is appreciated for her ability to listen empathetically and without judgment, as well as her capacity for presence and creating a safe space for self-healing.
