It is my intention to provide a relational space where you are invited to explore your felt experience, create spaciousness "to be with" what arises, turn toward unpleasant experiences with support and guidance, nurture your curiosities, pay attention to what lights you up, and magnify your wisdom and strengths.

I am deeply committed to creating a safe container in which client’s learn to talk and listen to their nervous system, to unwind the trauma and stress from within in manageable pieces. This way, clients are empowered to take the skills and awareness with them into their lives.Our work together will hold the intention of restoring greater coherence among all parts of self through exploration and respect for the psyche, body, and soul.
