Hello! I'm Jennifer Schweitzer, a licensed therapist passionate about helping people grow, heal, and thrive. I specialize in integrative therapy for trauma, anxiety, and stress. I also offer support with relationships, self-care, self-confidence, and life transitions. I would be honored to support you in letting go of the past and finding peace and happiness in the present.

I take a holistic approach, emphasizing the integration of mind, body, and emotions in healing. I draw on various therapeutic approaches including somatic, narrative, exposure, mindfulness, and walk-talk/nature therapy. I can also incorporate music therapy, aromatherapy, reiki energy work, guided imagery, and other modalities, depending on your preferences and what works best for you.
