Jaya Hollohan MA is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and has also obtained various Certifications as an Energy Therapist, eg. AdvBodyTalk Practitioner (40 courses), Yoga teacher, Mindfulness Life Coach, Cranial Sacral, Reiki practitioner, etc.

Jaya primarily works with clients that are looking to integrate:

1) challenging mental/emotional patterns and their influences on physical health and vice versa;

2) Traumas of all kinds, eg. acute, developmental, complex, as well as intergenerational trauma, including related ancestral patterns and their effect on overall health; and

3) Trauma, as a portal to the Self, to deepen Spirituality and live more empowered, alive and conscious lives.
