Jasmine Aldrich

Jasmine Aldrich is a Somatic Practitioner at Attunement Psychotherapy & Psychedelic Healing where she she supports clients in resolving the impact of trauma and chronic stress on the body and nervous system. She is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, RYT 500, and Certified Wellbeing Coach trained at Duke Integrative Medicine. She is currently working towards completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.

Through a unique blend of body-based methods, she helps clients enhance nervous system regulation, develop safety in connecting with their own body, and create an innate sense of stability and trust from within.
