I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a trauma-informed yoga teacher. I offer an integrative approach to therapy, incorporating methods supported by neuroscience, including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Yoga, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness and Internal Family Systems. I have a decade of experience helping individuals who have been impacted by trauma, anxiety, and depression.
