I have been devoted to conscious embodiment for over 20 years, bringing together a variety of modalities that includes the body, mind, and spirit into my SE practice. I am committed to supporting my clients in safely connecting to their bodies and supporting nervous system regulation and unwinding traumas stored in the body. My hope is to help each see they are much more than their past traumas, and recognize and experience in an embodied way the goodness, peace, and happiness that is their birthright. I come to SE from a bodywork background and having specialized training in SE touch and Taoist- based modalities, so when appropriate I do use touch in my practice to support nervous system regulation. Touch work can also be very helpful for working with developmental trauma.

I believe that each being is affected by their environment, personal and world events, immediate family, and also their ancestors. As such, I focus on healing from the gross level of body/mind onward into the deeper more subtle levels. Although my practice uses SE techniques, I am also trained as a spiritual director/companion. Clients may also choose to explore the relationship of body, mind and spirit using the deep listening, expanded approach.

I offer sessions either in person on online via Zoom. I'm also approved by SEI as a personal session provider for SE students.
