I specialize in helping people with: Anxiety, Trauma, Depression, Family Dynamics, Self-Esteem, Stress Management, Life Coaching, and Spiritual/Religious concerns. I believe in a strength-based, person-centered & holistic approach to helping you discover healing from past & present fears and woundings.

During our time together, I encourage you toward personal growth, increased coping skills, and greater freedom to risk, hope & love. My down-to-earth, inclusive style will also help you to feel safe and at ease. I employ an integrative, somatic-based therapeutic approach to inspire your healing abilities and help you toward your wellness goals.

My specialties also include providing Neurodivergent and Helping Professionals/Care Providers (Social Workers, Nurses, Counselors, Teachers, First Responders, Parents, etc) a safe space to be vulnerable, address life’s issues and improve self-care.

Sessions may include the following modalities: Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy; Mindful Self-Compassion, Mediation and Breathing techniques.
