I help survivors of overwhelming life experiences regain a sense of stability and control over their lives and their bodies with gentle, supportive touch and guided conversation. People come to me for help relieving chronic pain, abiding fatigue, and inner experiences of chaos and fear. I help people find relief and hope for feeling whole. I have a special interest in working with people whose family or close friends have been affected by violent crimes.

My work is informed by 20 years of practice in the Feldenkrais Method® of Movement Education, the trauma intervention techniques of Somatic Experiencing®, Organic Intelligence®, and Dr. Stephen Gilligan's Generative Coaching®.
