Helma Mair

Helma has been working as a therapist since 1997. She holds a Master’s degree in Somatic Psychology from Santa Barbara Graduate Institute and a PhD in Somatic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

In addition to being a fully qualified Somatic Experiencing practitioner, Helma is also a certified NARM therapist, (Neuro-Affective Relational Model), an Organic Intelligence mentor, and a certified Hakomi practitioner,. Helma has also trained in Integrative Energy Therapy, a gentle and non-invasive form of connecting individuals with their internal experience at an energetic level.

She has served as an assistant to SE, NARM, and OI trauma trainings nationally and internationally.

Helma works in Dublin, Ireland, with adults in face-to-face and online sessions. The focus of her work is developmental and complex trauma.
