I am a marriage and family therapist and work with a variety of clients ranging in age from 18-80. Individuals and couples seek help from me for relief from depression, anxiety, stress, panic, relationship dysfunction, interpersonal discomfot and developmental or physical trauma. In addition to being a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in my psychotherapy practice I also use a variety of approaches depending on client's needs such as emotional freedom technique (EFT), EMDR.
