It is my professional goal to meet your needs by providing a safe, supportive, and empowering environment. I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years and have experience working with individuals with a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, PTSD, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and codependency. Also, I have experience in a hospital setting working with patients and families experiencing chronic illness and/or grief and loss.

I am also trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR which pairs beautifully with SE in treating C-PTSD and trauma. My approach is compassionate and supportive. I truly feel honored to do the work that I do and would like to bear witness to you as you create the changes you desire in your life.

Also, I have been approved to provide SE sessions to Beginning Year students.
