Heather Langan

I have over 30 years experience dealing with a variety of issues in the areas of mood disorders, trauma and sexuality. My training includes Somatic Experiencing, Eye Movement Integration, EMDR, hypnosis, mindfulness and treating sexual concerns, including addiction/compulsive behavior, infidelity and sexual dysfunction. My approach includes cognitive and somatic techniques, as well as mindfulness, yoga, play and expressive arts. I am a strong, affirmative advocate of LGBTQIAA+ populations and have specialized training in this area.

I am a certified life coach and work with people across the country to increase their MindBodySpirit wellness. I love partnering with clients to become healthier and better regulated, more at peace and better in touch with their life energy.
