I work with adults, teens, couples & families. I offer a supportive therapeutic relationship for each client to explore and express their feelings and needs. I offer Somatic Experiencing and Mindfulness tools to help alleviate symptoms of trauma and anxiety. I also work with Restorative Justice facilitators and survivors to support trauma healing. I have been an LMFT in private practice for 25+ years. I offer Zoom and in person sessions in California & Marin.
