Drawing from Somatic Experiencing™, Alexander Technique, Somatic Resilience and Regulation, DARe, and other somatic disciplines, my work blends education, SE processing and gentle hands-on touch to encourage mind-body connection, greater body awareness, trauma resolution and overall improved functioning.

Learn about your nervous system and body, how to recognize harmful and habitual patterns, process trauma and stress, and renegotiate your choices in everyday moments, movements and reactions in order to access greater ease, regulation and vitality.

In addition to 1:1 in-person work, I also offer an online subscription channel, Attune Movement, with over a hundred somatic movement classes and shorter educational videos that blend Somatic Experiencing™, Alexander Technique, and Gentle Yoga. This is a great way to get started from the comfort of your personal space.
