I am a Feldenkrais® practitioner, a Somatic Experiencing® practitioner and a HeartMath® practitioner in Eugene, OR.

I support my clients in learning how to connect with themselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

The body has a story to tell and that story may be from the perspective of a hysterical child or a raging adult. I teach my clients how to tease out the story and learn to interpret their sensations in bite-sized, digestible pieces. In this way, their nervous system can learn that it is now safe.

I show my clients their new resources that they may not be aware of that allow them to negotiate stressful situations from a standpoint of strength and confidence.

These somatic modalities go hand-in-hand in a journey to the center of ourselves to listen and respond to the needs of our bodies, to reframe our experience in a life-affirming way, and to learn to understand the information that our body is trying to tell us.

I have both training and experience in recovery from early childhood trauma and the physical limitations tied directly to that trauma.
