Like you perhaps, I came to Somatic Experiencing with my own experience of shock, developmental, systemic and intergenerational trauma. Witnessing a car bombing while I was working as a diplomat in the post-conflict Balkans two decades ago transformed me deeply and put me firmly on the path of healing, transformation and awakening.



When I saw the profoundly healing impact S.E. had on many of my symptoms (including difficulty sleeping, anxiety and interpersonal challenges), I was called to take the three-year intensive training to become a Practitioner. Since then, I have integrated S.E. into my private individual and group coaching practice (www.felinadanalis.com) helping clients create lives they want to be present to.
