Currently working with folks virtually worldwide and in person in Ann Arbor, MI.

I provide:
- Somatic Therapy/Somatic Experiencing
- Safe and Sound Protocol (virtual small groups and individually)
- Relational Bodywork

It is my goal to support and educate folks on how their thoughts, feelings and behaviors are intimately connected and driven by the amount of safety sensed within them. When this is known, so much begins to make sense! The overall health of our bodies within our culture and environments depends on safety. With safety and coherence as our north star, we can orient towards it within ourselves, using it as a catalyst towards more connection with self, others and our larger systems/environments.

My passion lies in supporting women, of all ages, throughout their lifespan. Because of my own lived experience, I am best suited to support girls and women who are both cycle-breaking and cycle-making. Educating, supporting and helping women understand, inhabit and befriend their bodies, find their voice and authentic expression, and establish healthy aggression and boundaries is my greatest inspiration.

I approach this work with a sense of humor, lots of play and curiosity, reverence for the wide range of human experience, and a whole-hearted commitment to meet you right where you are.
