Erica Venegas

Erica Venegas, SEP is a seasoned somatic + integrative coach who specializes in clearing trauma from the nervous system, living an authentic life, cultivating emotional intelligence, balancing relationships, money stories, giving + receiving, and feeling good in your body. She's worked with creative and intuitive women for over 15 years to help them shed old stories and habits and step into agency, peace, joy and discernment. In 2022 she found Somatic Experiencing and loves integrating this deeply powerful work into her current practice. She guides intuitive leaders and entrepreneurs in 1-1 mentorship programs to embrace their fullest potential, without giving up who they truly are. Erica also loves offering 1-1 somatic counseling for those looking to re-create their inner foundations, healing old stories and attachments wounds, and creating new patterns and storylines in their nervous systems. All of her work centers around helping people find more joy, ease, abundance, and embodiment of their true path. Having successfully navigated her own healing journey, Erica now delights in balancing her professional life with her cherished roles of mother and wife.
