I work in private practice as a psychotherapist integrating psychodynamic and attachment theories with developmental trauma and Somatic Experiencing. My work with clients is also informed by the inclusivity of all as expressed in Franciscan and Ignatian spirituality.

I want to help clients to get their heart back, and to reconnect their mind, emotions and spirit with their body in a way that feels whole, playful, and free.
